I am an artist and and a writer.  As a a figurative  artist I see the beauty in my surroundings and in people.    I believe that abstraction is an integral part of all art, either as the underpinnings of composition and color or as surface perception.  
But then, ART comes in many forms: therefore my "Doodles" and "Mommy Said Never to  Play With My Food" and Abstract  pages.   
I have written and published books:  GENTLE GORILLA: the story of Patty Cake  (which included my drawings of the gorillas as I stood by the cage, watching them ) ,

and a pre-teen novel,
SELF PORTRAIT WITH WINGS .
I am now also writing lyrics and music.  Who knew?
